What’s included?
Enforceable License
We generate an enforceable license for each transaction. The license is secured and digitally signed by all parties.
Retention
We retain copied of licenses indefinitely and licensed assets for 7 years along with all associated metadata to prove authenticity of the license.
Payment Processing
Our platform fee covers the cost to process any payments part of the transaction and paying out rights holders.
Tax & Compliance
With RightsLoop, we are the merchant of record. You keep 1 vendor on your books and we take care of the tax and compliance headaches.
